Our 5 year guarantee on registration accompanies your purchase of a Citizen watch made through authorised Citizen retailers. Citizen CZ Smartwatches are covered by a 2 year guarantee and you may still register your purchase. Valid for purchases made in Ireland, United Kingdom, The Channel Islands, United States of America, Canada, Mexico or The Caribbean from an authorised Citizen retailer on or after December 1, 2014.

Your Citizen Watch comes with a five-year, limited guarantee. Citizen CZ Smart comes with a two-year limited guarantee.

The model number is a 9-digit number which starts with 2 letters (e.g., NJ01510-56X). This is usually found on a black swing tag attached to the watch on purchase.

The case number can be found on the back of the watch and is 2 series of characters. The first series is 4 characters long then separated with a dash, followed by the second series (e.g., U600-S076226).

The email confirmation is generated from an automated system and may filter into your junk inbox. Please contact our Citizen Customer Care Team at marketing@solatrex.com if you have not received an email confirmation.

If you wish to make a claim on your guarantee, please contact our Irish Service Department by emailing service@citizenwatch.ie or calling 061 472 722. Our opening hours are Monday - Friday, 9am - 5:30pm.

Your Citizen watch is guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for five years from the date of purchase. This five-year non-transferable guarantee is applicable to watches purchased in the following territories: Ireland, United Kingdom, United States of America, Canada, Mexico and The Caribbean.

The five-year guarantee will be honoured only by Service Centres in the above territories, Service Centres located in other parts of the world will provide guarantee service under the one-year international guarantee.
